National Hotel - Jerusalem

The breakfast was great, with a great view from the terrace! Location made it easy to explore the old city in under 10 minutes. A few minor issues, but overall a good experience.

Ayy, the location was dope! Just a 10-minute stroll from Herod's Gate. The staff was mad friendly, helpin' us out with tours. Breakfast up top had a bonkers view and plenty of options to fill ya up. Rooms were comfy for my fam. Coulda used some sprucin' up, but overall, I ain't complainin'.

Close to the Old Town. Ratio price quality. The staff is very attentive.

The hotel was clean and provided a warm atmosphere for our family with kids and our special needs son's autism support dog.

My wife says that the air conditioning was a hassle and it made the nights uncomfortable .

The staff of the hotel were the most friendly I ever encountered in a hotel. Very focused on service with a family-like approach. They make you feel so welcome! Furthermore, the hotel is located just around the corner of the old city Herods Gate (about 10 minutes walk max). When I go back to Jeruzalem I would definitely book this hotel again!!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Hayat at reception. She provided great service and even gave us directions around the city. The location is perfect-just a short walk to the Old City. The restaurant on the top floor had amazing food and a nice view.

Very nice hotel, especially the people at the front desk are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are excellent, also the beds are good. Nice view from the terasse at the restaurant on mount Scopus. I can recommend the hotel for business as well as for tours to old city. Free and fast wlan available.

The National Hotel Jerusalem is ideally located in walking distance to the old city of Jerusalem. All other major attractions can be easily and quickly reached by taxi. The rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. The staff was blendid and literally fulfilled every wish we had before we even talked about them. Everybody working in the hotel was incredibly friendly. We felt highly welcomed in this beautiful hotel and can absolutely recommend it to everybody.
